Advance Payment Policy

Orders above Rs 4,000 require a 50% advance payment to confirm the order. Any customized item, including custom name, number, or custom design, also requires a 50% advance payment for confirmation. Production will begin only after the advance payment is received. The remaining balance must be paid either before dispatch or at the time of delivery, depending on the selected payment method.

Customization Charges

Customization includes any personalized name and number or any custom design request. Charges are as follows: custom name and number costs Rs 100, and a full sleeve add on costs Rs 150. If a customer provides their own image or logo, clearly mention whether there is an additional fee or no extra charge.

Customization Design Charges

  • A non refundable advance payment of Rs. 500 is required for any custom design. This amount will be taken in advance and covers the designing charges only.

  • The remaining jersey cost will be paid through cash on delivery.

  • The price of the jersey will be exactly as mentioned on the website at the time of order.

  • The Rs. 500 advance is strictly for designing and will not be adjusted in the jersey price.

  • Once the design is finalized and approved, the order will be processed for production.

  • Customized jerseys are made on order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.


Returns and Exchanges for Customized Items

Customized products are made to order and are therefore non returnable and non exchangeable. However, if there is an error or defect from our side, such as a printing issue or an incorrect item sent, we will remake or replace the product accordingly.

Order Confirmation and Changes

Once an order is confirmed, changes to size, name, number, or design are not allowed. If you choose to offer a short revision window, you may allow changes only within 2 hours of confirmation. Any change request after that will be treated as a new order, additional charges may apply, and the delivery timeline will restart.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is typically 5 to 7 business days. Delivery to remote or far cities, towns, and villages may take an additional 1 to 2 business days due to courier coverage and route schedules. If a rush delivery option is available, it can be provided at an additional fee, subject to feasibility and workload.
