Standard products: 1 to 2 business days
Customized products (name, number, logos): 2 to 4 business days

Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or high order volume.

Estimated delivery: 5 to 7 business days
Courier partners: Leopards, M&P, or other trusted services

International Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days (country dependent)
Delays may occur due to customs clearance or international transit conditions.

  1. Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Tracking may take 12 to 24 hours to update in the courier system.

  1. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible, this may cause delays or return to sender status. Customers are responsible for reshipping fees in such cases.

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages

VinXee is not responsible for packages damaged or lost after they are handed over to the courier. However, we will assist customers in filing claims with the courier service if required.

For damaged deliveries, customers should provide: unboxing video, photos of the damaged item, and the courier slip.

  1. Split Shipments

If an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability or customization time.
